A new recruit at Fuel it: Valentine, in the customer service of connected objects!

Valentine joined us on a permanent contract as a sales administration and digital marketing manager for your connected objects.
Different missions are entrusted to him such as :
- Service, reception and customer follow-up on the various Sigfox and LoRa connected sensors
- Customer service, billing follow-up, order validation
- Community Management on
social networks
and
Fuel-it website
- the realization of various communication supports and help in the handling of our solutions

Valentine obtained her Master’s degree in communication strategy 360° in 2019.
Fuel-it is
a smart connected gauge allowing you to track your fuel level within a tank. Thanks to our connected sensors (Sigfox or LoRa) you will finally be able to visualize the evolution of your fuel consumption (or any other type of liquid) on our SaaS platform.
Installing a connected gauge on your fuel oil tank allows you to know the volume remotely as well as freeing the carriers from their operational constraints (emergencies, tour organization, customer loyalty).
So we welcomed Valentine around a breakfast, in a friendly and good mood! :)
