The last tests of the sensor’s consumption are carried out

Final check-up of the gauges connected before installation on oil tanks

Before we send our first connected level sensors, we perform a complete check-up. A control of the measurements returned by the sensor and a control of its consumption.

Julien has developed an ingenious system to measure the current used by our sensor during its emissions and its standby time. Indeed, when we know that the device to measure this current consumes more than the sensor itself, the task is not easy. To put it simply, the sensor has a consumption of the order of micro-amperes.

If the batteries used were perfect (no loss during their lifetime), we could last … 68 years before replacing them ! In short, we are wide! :)

The sensors are technically operational! All that remains is to deliver them! :)
