The extract of the article

“Investment in innovative SMEs, the current risks in the information system, the launch of the Village by CA Dijon (start-up incubator initiated by Crédit Agricole), the presentation of the project cited digital and digital creative economy in Chalon-sur-Saône, or the intervention of the president of the regional CCI, Rémy Laurent, appeared on the menu of the last general assembly of the Burgundy Angels, at the Philippe le Bon hotel in Dijon.

But faced with this club of investors, also presented carriers of projects. Each had 10 minutes to present his activity and convince investors to follow them in their adventure. First to pass on the “grill”: Mathias Parthiot and François du Garreau. They created Fuel it: A connected gauge for oil tank to simplify and better manage purchases and orders of fuel for individuals. For professionals, the interest is also to better manage oil deliveries by anticipating them, and thus avoid peak demand as soon as the cold comes back and the tanks sound hollow. “the data is the new oil!” said François du Garreau and with this connected gauge Fuel it, installed in Nicephore Niepce, in Chalon-sur-Saone, hopes well found the good deposit. The projected revenue for 2018 is 1.6 million euros, the revenue from both the sale of the sensor and the subscription that accompanies it. If they solicit Bourgognes Angels (for a million euros) it is to finance the production of 50,000 sensors, develop their business, sell their product and structure. Fuel it is a team of five people who has been the winner of the French IOT (Internet of Things) community this summer.

Their sensor is sold at a price of 150 euros TTC and it works with a battery whose life span is seven years.”
